Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Cribco reserves the right to cancel or modify any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues.
2.3 Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Custom or made-to-order kids furniture items may require advance payment and longer production timelines. Once production begins, such orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
3. Pricing & Payments
3.1 Pricing
All prices listed on Cribco.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Payment Methods
We accept payments through Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, and EMI options as available at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery timelines range between 3 to 4 weeks, depending on the product and location. In certain cases, delivery may extend up to 6 weeks due to manufacturing or logistics constraints.

We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and accessibility.
4.3 Delivery Refusal
If delivery is refused without a valid reason, return shipping and handling charges may be applicable.

Cribco is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural calamities, strikes, or transportation disruptions.
5. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
5.1 Returns
Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit. Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos as evidence.
5.2 Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Requests after this period may not be accepted or may incur cancellation charges.
5.3 Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
5.4 Non-Returnable Items
Customized, personalized, or made-to-order kids furniture items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
6. Warranty & Liability
6.1 Warranty Coverage
Cribco furniture comes with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear.

Cribco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
