At Cribco, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while allowing us to manage made-to-order kids’ furniture efficiently. Please review the details below before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund, provided the order has not been dispatched or moved into production.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team at support@cribco.in within this time frame.
After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
In such cases, customers may request a return only if it qualifies under our Return & Refund Policy.
2. Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Orders for customized, personalized, or made-to-order kids’ furniture cannot be canceled once production has started.
If a cancellation request is received before production begins, a partial refund may be issued after deducting any costs already incurred.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–9 business days.
Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank or third-party payment gateway used at checkout.
4. Order Modifications
Requests to modify order details—such as product specifications, color options, or delivery information—must be made within 24 hours of order placement.
Modification requests after this period may not be possible once production has begun.
