Refund & Returns Policy

At Cribco, we aim to deliver safe and high-quality furniture for kids. If you face any issue with your order, please review our Returns & Refund policy below.


Returns Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

1. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please inform the delivery personnel immediately at the time of delivery.

  • You must also report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@cribco.in, along with clear photos or videos.

  • The issue will be reviewed within 72 hours, and an appropriate resolution will be provided (replacement, repair, or refund).


2. Wrong Product Delivered

  • If the product received does not match your original order or specifications, notify us immediately at support@cribco.in.

  • Upon verification, we will arrange a return, replacement, or refund as applicable.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture

  • Products purchased during sales or discount offers

  • Gift cards


Return Process

  • All return or refund requests are initiated only after the product is picked up from your location.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, the refund process will begin.


Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method, NEFT, or another approved mode.

  • If a replacement is available but you choose a refund instead, 25% of the product value may be deducted as processing and handling charges.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
